Loan Signing

Whether you're buying, selling or refinancing your home, Splendid Signatures is your go to notary service. With strong attention to detail and 1000's of real estate transactions completed, you can be assured you're well represented.

Estate Planning

When buying or selling state property, a myriad of documents has to be properly notarized and certified as so to avoid fraud and many other complications. Some of those include wills, acknowledgments, certified copies, and many others.

Wills

The first step in your estate planning is to create a final will and testament. You do not want to leave your family with a muddled and ineffective estate plan, nor do you want to submit your children to a judge-appointed caregiver.

Power of Attorney

If an individual is unable or unwilling to act on their own behalf, a power of attorney gives another person the authority to handle their finances, legal affairs, real estate transactions, and health care decisions. For the notary to authenticate the document's authenticity and your signature, you must have a power of attorney notarized.

Car Titles

The notarization process confirms that the buyer and seller were duly recognized, freely agreed to sign the title, and were aware of its contents. Both persons who sign the notarized automobile title are protected: The notarization of the car title will benefit the buyer because it will confirm that they are the vehicle's legitimate owner.

I9s

The Employment Eligibility Verification, or Form I-9, is a document provided by the US Citizenship and Immigration Services. To have a valid work visa and any other types of immigration right, you'll need this form to be properly notarized and certified.
