NO though Livescan is quite accurate sometimes fingerprints get rejected for various reasons. To avoid or minimize rejection rate we use Livescan

Approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Please bring with you any paperwork or instructions

The Livescan system captures your prints and applies them to the standard FBI FD-258 card which is accepted everywhere. This satisfies Arizona's State requirements. This is actually preferred by most organizations as it reduces rejection rates due to operator error, smudges, poor quality, and any other reason for rejection. Our fingerprint cards are accepted by Arizona Department of Safety, all State Federal Agencies as well as other States.

YES you will need to bring a money order or certified check made payable to DPS for $67 (employees) or $65 (volunteers)

The fee is set by DPS and is on your application. The fee is paid directly to DPS. The fingerprint rolling fee is a separate fee.

Unexpired Government Issued Picture ID. Any paperwork or instructions provided. A money order or certified check made out to DPS if you are in need of IVP.
